Keyword Strategy: Weak targeting and high-cost short-tail keywords.
Domain Authority: Lower than expected compared to competitors.
Website Performance: Slow load times, poor mobile responsiveness, and vague meta descriptions.
Consumer Perception: Lacked emotional connection and approachability seen in competitor brands.
Solution
We delivered a comprehensive digital marketing plan including:
Competitor Benchmarking: Compared PLG with Montes Law Group and Din Law Group.
SEO Audit & Keyword Optimization: Implemented long-tail, location-based keywords using KWFinder.
PPC Campaign Structure: Segmented by service type (immigration, real estate, estate planning, etc.) with strategic keyword grouping.
