Post-pandemic social life left many users unsure of how to find or choose between social outings, networking events, and local hotspots. Tools like Yelp or MeetUp lacked cohesion, often overwhelming users with cluttered data or requiring too much effort to narrow down options.
"How can we simplify the decision-making process and reconnect users with their local community through one cohesive app experience?"
Solution
Roamio offers an immersive, map-and-calendar based experience that surfaces events through social proof (RSVP count, reviews), filters (price, vibe, category), and bookmarking options. The app’s design reflects Gen Z aesthetics—bright, friendly, modular—and centers on ease of navigation and spontaneity.
